Returns & Exchanges

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered after the point of sale unless an item is faulty.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

2. Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, providing clear photographic evidence.
  • Returns are accepted only in the case of receiving the wrong item or faulty goods.

Conditions for Returns

  • To qualify for a return:
    • The item must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt.
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
    • For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable unless faulty.

3. Return Process

  • Securely package and return the item via prepaid and insured mail to: please contact for address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Custom-Made and Sale Items

  • Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale items are sold as-is and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items in the SALE category may be ex-sample pieces and could have minor imperfections, such as missing stones.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% handling fee.

6. Returns

  • We do not offer free returns. Customers must pay for return shipping using a tracked service via Royal Mail and retain proof of postage.

Please note: Exchanges or refunds for faulty items apply only to in-stock pieces.
