1. Standard Shipping

  • Standard shipping time is 3-4 days for in-stock items and 6-8 weeks for custom-made articles. This may vary, so please get in touch for urgent orders.
  • For urgent orders, contact us at jawahirjewels@outlook.com or via WhatsApp at +447551279798 before placing your order to confirm availability and timescales.

2. Shipping Methods

  • International Orders: Dispatched via DHL Express.
  • UK Orders: Dispatched via Royal Mail. During strike action, we use DHL or DPD as alternatives.
  • UK Next Day Special Delivery is available via Royal Mail.

3. Delivery Address Requirements

  • Ensure that the full address and recipient details are accurate and complete at checkout.
  • Business addresses must be clearly stated.
  • PO Box addresses are not accepted.

4. Customs and Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties incurred.
  • We strive to deliver within agreed timescales but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

5. Refund Adjustments

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If free shipping was applied and the remaining order value falls below £40 after a return, a shipping charge will be deducted.

6. Responsibility for Incorrect Details

  • We are not liable for items dispatched to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided during checkout.

7. Custom-Made Items

  • Custom-made pieces, including bridal and formal sets, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are made to individual specifications.
  • We strive to match jewelry to existing sets but cannot guarantee a perfect match.
  • Payment is required in full before production begins.
  • Contact us for priority orders, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

8. Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived by the estimated delivery date:

  • Verify your account details to ensure the correct delivery address was provided.
  • Check for notifications (email, text, or attempted delivery card) from the courier.
  • Check with neighbors or safe areas (porch, garage, etc.) for the parcel.

If the parcel remains missing:

  • Contact us via email quoting your order number. We will respond within 24-48 hours to assist.
  • If the parcel cannot be located, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Please note: We must allow 28 days to pass before reporting a parcel as lost or issuing a refund/replacement.
